Really easy to book in a time and a location that was good for me, great communication to check the tyre i was ordering was the correct one (Im no tyre expert so that gave greater confidence!) and they arrived when they said they would, fixed the tyre within 15 minutes and were gone! Highly recommended!
This is the second time I’ve used On Time Tyres and both occasions have been great. Very fast and straightforward response. Arrived as agreed and the work done in less than 20 minutes. It takes the worry out of having to get to a garage and the price is excellent. I have recommended to lots of people.
I've used OTT twice in the last month and both time the service has been exceptional. First time I was offered plenty of advice on the type of tyre I needed as I was going to buy the wrong one initially, and the second time two tyres blew out from a collision. Lewis was brilliant and understanding, and fitted me in to his busy schedule promptly. Cannot recommend more highly.
Fast and efficient service, nail in my tyre. I rang 9am in the morning, car was outside my house, I went to work, and tyre was changed at 1.30pm same day. Highly recommend this company.
